Mary Beth Clark
Owner and Director
Mary Beth Clark traveled from Reading, Pennsylvania to New Jersey making many stops along the way. After spending time teaching, she decided 19 years ago to live her dream and became the owner and director of Dance Dynamics NJ. She clearly sees how God’s hand has faithfully guided her to use the gifts He bestowed on her for His glory and now for her joy! Along the way, she founded On Holy Ground Dance Ministry.
Both the studio and ministry have flowed well together in sweet harmony. Her number one desire is to treat others with love and kindness; as well as to impart the love of dance. As a result, she hopes to help students bring joy to themselves and others. What makes her most happy is her family, her husband Randy, son Kyle, and daughter Madison.

Madison Boonstra
Instructor
Madison (Maddy) Boonstra began her dance journey at just two years old—the same year Dance Dynamics NJ was founded. Today, she proudly serves on staff, teaching Company, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Pilates. Madison brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and inspiration into every class she teaches. Choreography is one of Madison’s greatest passions and natural gifts. Her work is consistently recognized at performances and competitions for its creativity, storytelling, and impact. With a growing love for Pilates and ongoing certification training, she is excited to continue blending the worlds of dance and Pilates, helping dancers build strength, alignment, and confidence while elevating their artistry. Above all, Madison treasures her role as a wife and mother to her two sweet boys, bringing the same heart, dedication, and joy to her family as she does to her students.

Kylie Kolmer
Kylie Kolmer grew up in Upper Township, NJ, training at Dance Dynamics NJ where she had numerous performances and competitive opportunities. She recently graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of the Arts degree, concentration in studio operations.
Through her undergraduate, Kolmer has had the privilege to work and study with artists such as Beau Hancock, Caitlin Quinn Pittenger, Chandra Moss-Thorne, and Rain Ross, as well as Shannon Murphy, Kathryn Vickers, Megan Bridge, and Lauren Putty-White.
Through the Dance Program at Stockton, she has also had the opportunity to take classes from professional companies like the Nickerson-Rossi Dance Company, Tiffany Mills Company, etc. Kolmer was also a four-year member and three-year captain of the Stockton University Dance Team as the Treasure, this team has been nationally ranked in the top 5 for the past four years, and currently first in the Northeast for both Jazz and Hip Hop.
In addition to her training, Kolmer also shares her passion with the students at Ocean City High School’s dance team by coming back to help choreograph and assist on the road to their national competition. Kolmer is an alumnus of the school and helped start the team in her senior year of high school before the pandemic.

Angeleah Agosto
Angeleah Agosto is an alumni of Dance Dynamics NJ and a graduate of Montclair State University, where she received her BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography in Spring 2025. She made her television debut as a dancer in Philadelphia’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, performing with KWAME. Angeleah has also premiered original choreography throughout the tri-state area, continuing to develop work that reflects her artistry, versatility, and passion for performance and movement.

Sam Chisolm
Sam (aka INFerno) is a Chicago-born, Hip Hop/Urban Dance choreographer who currently resides in Southern New Jersey. He is the founder and creator of the L3gacy Urban Dance Movement. This semi-pro-athlete turned entertainer got his start dancing professionally at Mixx nightclub as a part of the Borgata nightlife initiative.
This artistic experiment in performance quickly blossomed into a career complete with on and off-Broadway appearances, sports halftime shows, television and film credits (You Got Served, Step Up Too) tours (Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas, Missy Elliot, Gwen Stefani, Tyrese Gibson, Wyclef Jean) as a dancer. He’s currently a full-time choreographer and dance educator for performing arts academies’ and various entertainment companies along the East Coast.

Rachel Raffaele
Rachel has been a part of Dance Dynamics NJ since a little girl! Rachel has always had a passion for children and for bringing out the best in each.
Rachel graduated with a Child Psychology degree with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University. Rachel also loves serving in many ministries within her church, from children, teens, and women’s ministry.
Rachel brings life to both areas of children's learning and social media marketing. We are excited to have Rachel working in the Young Movers department. On a personal note, Rachel married her childhood sweetheart and is loving raising two daughters.

Matt Donnelly
Matt has been dancing since the age of two. He started with dance and later expanded into Acro and singing. He went on to dance on tour with the Radio City Rockettes. He has trained across the nation, from New York City to Los Angeles. He now helps shape the next generation of dancers by teaching at Dance Dynamics NJ.

Kenzie
Kenzie is one of the dance dynamics Acro and tumbling coaches. She grew up doing competitive gymnastics and was on Stockton University’s gymnastics team. She started coaching at 17 years old and has continued ever since then.
She graduated from Stockton University in 2023 with a degree in Psychology and Childhood Studies. In her free time, she loves spending time at the beach and in nature. Her gymnastics background allows her to be creative in tumbling classes, and she has a passion for seeing students reach their goals.

Kelly Matthews
Kelly Mathews is a proud wife and mom to three beautiful girls. She’s been teaching acro for 15 years, ever since her oldest, Emma, was four. Born and raised in Cape May County, Kelly has a cheerleading background and is also an assistant coach for Upper Township Cheer. She’s worked at The Princeton for 18 years and loves being part of the Dance Dynamics family.

Carly Witherow
A proud DD alum, Carly danced on both our Competition and Worship Companies. She’s spent 10 years teaching preschool at Trinity, coached soccer for 11 years, served with FCA, and led VBS at the Ocean City Tabernacle for 7 summers. A mom of two with a heart for kids, Carly brings warmth, experience, and joy to our Little Movers program!

Federica Sestili
Federica Sestili is from Roseto degli Abruzzi, Italy, where she began her ballet training with Dorina Di Marco at Isadora Duncan. She attended numerous summer intensives and dance festivals, earning First Place at the Festival of Dance in Gubbio, Italy. After graduating from the National Academy of Dance in Rome with degrees in Ballet and Dance Education, she began teaching ballet and pointe. In 2014, she moved to the United States to train at Princeton Ballet School, performing roles in The Nutcracker and Don Quixote. Since 2016, she has been a Company Member with Atlantic City Ballet and a ballet instructor with its school.

Abigail Henrich
Abigail Henrich is a proud Dance Dynamics alumna who has been involved in dance and theatre throughout her life. Her animated personality, creativity, and commitment to excellence shine through in everything she does.
Abby is a graduate of Rowan College of South Jersey, where she earned her Associate of Arts in Psychology, and is also a 2025–2026 Disney College Program alumna. During her time at Walt Disney World, Abby worked as a Cast Member at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, helping create unforgettable, magical experiences for young guests.
Her love for creativity and entertainment extends into her work as a manager and face-paint artist with Let’s Party Events, where she has also brought characters to life for parties and special events.
Abby has spent the past five years choreographing for Avalon Players, combining her love of dance and theatre while helping performers grow in confidence and stage presence.
With her background in dance, musical theatre, choreography, character entertainment, and artistry, Abby brings such a fun and unique energy to Dance Dynamics. We are so excited to welcome Miss Abby back home to DD, now sharing her experience, creativity, and love of performing with the next generation of dancers!

Tami Scull
Office Manager
As Dance Dynamics NJ's office manager, Tami is the one who meets and greets new families. You will find her with a warm welcoming hello and smile. The office is as soon as you enter the building on your left.
Tami helps to guide families with dance or arco class options as well as all financial information needed for tuition as well as costume knowledge. Tami is happy to give families an orientation of the building. As a new student, she will introduce the students to the teachers. Tami will go out of her way to make sure you feel welcomed and at home.

Theresa Stone
Theresa has been working in the industry for over 10 years. She has trained and assisted some of the biggest names in dance, including Brian Friedman, Laurieann Gibson, Tyce Diorio, Dave Scott, Cris Judd, Tricia Miranda, and more!
Her dance credits include Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Ciara, Gwen Stefani, Fifth Harmony, Toni Braxton, Keke Palmer, Silento, Earth, Wind & Fire, and many others. She has also danced for brands, shows, and films, including Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Beach Body, Lionsgate Films, America’s Got Talent, Delta Airlines, Google, Nintendo, and Good Morning America.
As for her choreography credits, she has choreographed four of Todrick Hall’s World Tours, as well as his hit video “Nails Hair Hips Heels”. Other artists include Gwen Stefani, Lance Bass, Adam Lambert, Omi, A Great Big World, and Netta. She has also choreographed for VOGUE, Six Flags Great Adventure, Jalesh Cruiselines, Nike, New York Fashion Week, So You Think You Can Dance, and FX’s hit show “POSE”. Theresa also teaches at world-renowned studios, including Broadway Dance Center and Brickhouse NYC, and is the creative director of her company AbstraKT BEINGS.

Joe Rivera
Joe is a native of the island of Puerto Rico. He came to America at the age of 14, where he found his love of dance in high school. Joe attended Dance Dynamics NJ from the age of 14-18. After high school, Joe attended The University of The Arts in Philadelphia, PA, where he received a bachelor’s degree in dance performance in 2006. He relocated to Las Vegas in 2007 to join the cast of Dan Arden’s Jubilee.
Since then, he has also been a part of the cast of Cirque du Soleil’s Zumanity, as well as LeReve/The Dream at the Wynn Resort and Casino. The Lion King on Broadway and National Tour on Your Feet! Also originated Step One Dance Co. exclusively for Holland America Cruise Lines. Television: Kenney Honors, The Talk, Latin GRAMMY's, Dancing with the Stars, Daytime Emmys. Kristine W Music Video.

Julia Giordano
Julia’s dance training began at an early age in southern New Jersey and eventually led her to New York City, where she interned and worked at the Broadway Dance Center while pursuing a career in the commercial dance industry, where she had the opportunity to perform with, NeYo, Xbox Live events, Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders + more!
Since 2015, Julia has served as the program manager and tour director for several dance conventions and competitions, including The Pulse on Tour, The Dance Xperience (TDX) dance convention, KAR events, and Refresh Dance Convention, along with judging for numerous dance competitions.
In addition to her involvement with the commercial and convention markets, Julia has served as a dance educator and choreographer over the last decade. Currently teaching at multiple studios along the East Coast, her passion is to teach and share her knowledge and experiences with eager students, with the hope of helping any and every dancer improve.

Karli Scott
Karli hails from Ocean City, NJ, where she explored the love of dance throughout her childhood. Her exploration led her to the Children and Teen Program at Broadway Dance Center in NYC, where she chose to actively pursue dance as a passion. In 2016, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase. While at Purchase, she was awarded the opportunity to study abroad in Singapore at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
During her time at Purchase, she had the honor of performing works by Bill T. Jones, Merce Cunningham, Rosalind Newman, Kevin Wynn, and Kyle Abraham, among many others. Karli has since been working as a freelance artist, teacher, and choreographer throughout NYC and the surrounding areas. Karli currently resides in Brooklyn, New York, and is currently a company member with Dance Key West.

Maggie Lassor
Maggie was born and raised in New Jersey and currently resides in Charleston, SC with her husband and three kids. Maggie has had the great pleasure of being on staff at Dance Dynamics NJ as it was the place that first ignited her joy for dance. She graduated in Magna Cum Laude from Towson University.
She has performed professionally with City Dance Ensemble, VT Dance Company, The Dream Project, and the Life Rhythm Movement Project. Maggie was also the Program Manager for City Dance Ensemble Inc Community Programs, which serves D.C. youth with afterschool social and enrichment programming. Maggie has also trained under the American Ballet Theatre and holds a certification for training curriculum. She is happy combining all her experiences to pay it forward to all her young talented students at Dance Dynamics NJ.

Rachel Reese
Rachel has been dancing, competing, and choreographing for over twenty years. Rachel was on the Saint Joseph’s University Dance Team, where she earned three national championships in her time competing at UDA College Nationals.
She now spends her time coaching the SJU Dance team and choreographing for local professional dance teams in the New Jersey and Philadelphia area, such as the 76ers and the Philadelphia Wings. Rachel also choreographs for competitive UDA and NDA high school teams around the country and also travels with Beyond The Stars as one of their convention teachers! We love having Rachel join us at Dance Dynamics NJ.

Amy Tamara Warren
Amy is motivated to inspire a heart for the arts! As one who was born into the mission field has found herself in missions daily in everyday life. Amy is great at creating a space where one can express freely. Amy mentors one-on-one with students as a life coach.
She is hired as a bridge between Ywam and Dance Dynamics NJ to intern students locally and internationally. Her specialties include Worship, Hip Hop, and Improvisation and training in the Young Movers program as an instructor. Amy is also an instructor with Innovate Learning Center housed in Dance Dynamics NJ. She brings a contagious joy in all she does!
